ANTONIO L. AMADOR, CPA/ABV, CVA
Tony Amador is one of the founding partners of Sueiras & Amador. His responsibilities include audits, tax and business valuation matters. Tony practiced sixteen years with regional accounting firms in Louisiana from entry level to partner and he has also practiced in South Florida since 1987. Tony was the partner in charge of the audit department in one of the oldest firms in South Florida. He has managed audit and other professional engagements in a wide variety of
industries including aviation repairs and parts sales, professional athletes, finance companies, savings and loans, mortgage banks, insurance agencies, retail stores, construction contractors, real estate developers and syndicators, franchisers, oil service companies and lumber importers and exporters.
Tony has participated in various committees of the Miami and Hialeah Chamber of Commerce over the years. He is a member of the Operation Pedro Pan Group, Inc., and is currently assisting in various capacities with The Hispanic Council for Reform and Educational Options (HCREO), an organization whose mission is to encourage Hispanic parents to become more involved in their children’s education.
Tony graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 1971 and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed with the State of Florida and member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Tony also is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) accredited by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
